Being a part of the leadership board of the Toastmasters Business club in 2021/2022, Katarina Primožič Ramoveš has this to say about her journey in Toastmasters:

"Toastmasters had a very important influence on my career – it supported my professional development as an HR professional. The culture of mutual respect, support, personal development is something I value and have developed by being an active member, seizing all the opportunities I saw, being open to feedback and my professional growth. Being a part of a global community of proactive individuals that want to make a positive impact in the world, inspires me immensely. No wonder why Toastmasters is a way of life for me - and this is how I give back and am a volunteer for over a decade: by supporting the community, serving as an officer to support all the members and being an evangelist of self-development within TM world."
